Lewat puasa kebutuhan diet makanan rendah lemak akan semakin mudah dijalankan, kelebihannya adalah:<\/p>\n<p>1. Sehari makan dua kali saja, dan jika tidak hanya makan satu kali dalam sehari sehingga kalori yang masuk terpangkas maksimal.<br \/>\n2. Makanan yang masuk pun lebih terbatas sebab satu kali jam makan dengan seporsi yang terbatas sudah memberikan rasa kenyang.<br \/>\n3. Kebiasaan ngemil perlahan akan berkurang dan bahkan hilang sebab waktu-waktu ngemil masih di jam puasa.<\/p>\n<p>Berpuasa sepanjang tahun kecuali hari-hari yang diharamkan tentunya boleh untuk dilakukan terutama untuk memperbaiki kesehatan tubuh. Lewat berpuasa maka ketahanan fisik akan semakin kuat, metabolism tubuh juga lebih seimbang. Berat badan yang didapatkan pun akan lebih stabil dan cara ini juga lebih sehat dan tidak menimbulkan efek samping.
